Introducing: Design 9 – Westwood

Westwood was designed to show lots of content quickly. Based on our Design 5 engine, the only one of its kind in the world where you set the image box size, Westwood displays all your galleries as thumbnails in the image area.

Westwood Features

• Big Photos- We call it “dynamic photo resizing.” The image will resize to fit any screen from a 13″ laptop to a 30″ cinema display. Yes, really.
• Easy To Use, Persistent Menu- The menu is always open on the left allowing your clients easy navigation through the portfolios and pages on your site.
• Gallery Thumbs- All your galleries are represented by thumbnails in the image area, making this the fastest design we have for showing lots of content. You can choose to show small, medium or large thumbs.
• Thumbs First- Click on any of the galleries and a grid of thumbs appears giving clients a lightning fast overview of your work. You can choose to show small, medium or large thumbs.
• Navigation Everywhere- We put the advance and forward buttons on the bottom of the web page (Note: some clients optionally remove this for a cleaner site design), on the mouse cursor (click on the image) and on the keyboard (click the left and right arrows *only on the new sites).

Westwood Options

• Adjustable Borders- You can adjust the widths of all the borders including the menu width.
• Logo Position- You can set the x and y coordinates of the logo on the page.
• Logo and Menu Transparency- You can set the transparency of the logo and menu box.
• Adjustable Fonts- All the font sizes can be changed.
• Adjustable Colors- All of the colors can be changed.
• Homepage Options- The homepage can have a static image, slideshow or launch the first portfolio.
• Navigation Position- You can set where the bottom navigation is positioned vertically on the page (even off the page completely).
• Contact and Copyright Position- You can set where the bottom contact and copyright message are positioned vertically on the page (even off the page completely).
• Menu text Justify- You can set the menu text to justify left, right or center.
• All Thumbs- You can optionally have the thumbs show all the images in the site not just the portfolio you are in.
• Function Labels- You can change or remove the labels for fullscreen, email this image, thumbs, image caption.
• Contact Form- You can optionally use a contact form and change/add all the input fields.
• Image Caption- You can caption your images in the admin.
• Email This Image- You can optionally turn on a function that will allow visitors to email a specific image out of your portfolio.
• Links- You can add links to the menu, in the galleries or on the pages of your site.
